Getting started for families
Welcome to Town Squared!
There are three simple steps to get started.
1. Watch the video
First off, watch this video (it only goes for a few minutes) to understand how Town Squared works and our approach to maths.
You can find more information and helpful articles in our library.
2. Download the game
Download the app on your tablet or phone – whatever device your child will be playing on. You can install the game on as many different devices and platforms as you wish.
3. Get your child playing!
Log in to the app using your child’s login details.
IMPORTANT
Your child's login details must be used to log in to the app - not your portal login.
You should have received your child's login details via email when you created your account. If you can't find the email, simply login to the portal to retrieve your child's login details.
If your school manages the account, they will have sent your child's login details home with them.
Family subscribers can manage children and account information in the portal.
